The Outer Circles is an instrumental, improvisational group of versatile musicians based in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. The repertoire of the Outer Circles spans a variety of rhythmic styles and musical genres, including standards from Cool Jazz period of the Ô50s, Fusion and Funky Jazz of the Ô80s and Ô90s, R&B from Motown, Blues, Reggae, New Orleans Mardi Gras classics, sizzling Latin Jazz standards, as well as, original compositions. Outer Circles has performed at a variety of local venues and regional events including the Fort Worth Main Street Arts Fest, Jazz on the Boulevard, the Kimbell Art Museum, the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, Buttons in Fort Worth and Addison, the Oyster Bake Festival in San Antonio, Grapefest in Grapevine and the Musicin thePark Concert Series in Cedarhill TX.
